Even though we are a little under the weather we got to meet our niece/cousin Bryn. Nate's sister Kristin is in Utah for a quick visit and stopped by yesterday to see us. We loved having them here and made sure to get some photos of the two girl cousins together. Luckily they will be back out here for Christmas, so we hope to see them again in a few months!

H1N1? and a visit from our Georgia kin!
This past week was a little rough. Nate was gone from Sunday to Thursday for work. I don't like being a single mom and am very grateful to have my other half back home, and thankful he doesn't have to go again for a month or so. The other part of the week has been spent in sickness. Gavin started with it and has shared his germs with Liam, Ashlyn and now me. Nate has yet to get sick, but I'm sure he will get his turn. The question is do we just have colds, or do we have the dreaded H1N1? I don't think anyone knows the difference and there is no way I am going in to get tested for the H1N1 when they stick that huge Q-tip way up your nose and turn it a few times! So, we are just hoping for a quick recovery. Even though I am feeling awful I am grateful that this is the first time any of us have been sick since Ashlyn was born. We made it 6 months without any sickness. Pretty good, huh! :) Enough about that.

I hate being a single mom too! Charlie's been out of town for work for a week now and doesn't get back until Wed. In Sept he was gone for 10 days and he'll be gone for a week in Nov and Dec. It's hard being the only one on call for that long without relief, and I only have one. Yet, I guess I shouldn't complain because there are many out there who are separated for a lot longer.
Hope your crew gets feeling better!
I got the H1N1 swab in June, just 6 weeks after Davis was born. It really wasn't fun, but it was nice to know I didn't have the swine flu! Davis & I have had colds for a week and a half now -- for the second time since he was born!! You're lucky you haven't been sick!
I've turned into a germ-a-phobe trying to keep us well until this baby comes. Owen and I still have coughs from our last illness, and Ains and I get our vaccines tomorrow...you did amazingly well to stay healthy that long...hopefully we'll be able to too!
I heard you were feeling sick - hope everything is going ok for you. If there is anything I can do to help, let me know! I'm serious.
Cute cute cute little girls1 How fun to see their different ages and what a difference it makes! Love the pics!
