Ashlyn's Frist Day of Preschool!!

It is hard to believe that Ashlyn is old enough to be in preschool.  She had her first day on Wednesday.  She has been waiting her whole life to go to Jellybean Junction because both Gavin and Liam went there and have told her all about it.  Even though I miss her when she is gone I am so glad she gets to go to school!

Lucky for Ashlyn her two best friends, Claire and Lilah, are going to school with her. They are so cute!!

Bear Lake again...

We got to spend Labor Day weekend at Bear Lake.  It was warm and beautiful.  We had the boys skip school on Friday (it's early day anyway, another mother of the year award) and headed up Thursday evening.  It was a nice long weekend.  We played at the beach, swam in the water, roasted hot dogs, and even got some fishing in.  It was a great end of summer vacation!

Summer Golf

Gavin and Liam finished their summer season of Golf the last week of August.  They got to have an award banquet which happened to be during school because we start school a week earlier than the schools in the district, so I checked the boys out of school early on their third day of school. (mother of the year award). At the awards banquet Liam got a trophy for first place net score in the 7 year old division and Gavin got second place gross score in the 9 year old division.  We are so proud of them for playing every week in the hot summer sun.  I think they really enjoyed it and are already talking about next summer.  Hooray for golf!!
