Amid all the holiday happenings a slightly big thing happened last month. Nate got a new job. He has worked at Crump for about 7 years and has done well. He didn't always enjoy the people and politics in the office, but overall he enjoyed what he did and we enjoyed the fun vacations we had every years thanks to Crump. The past 4 year Nate has worked exclusively with Nationwide Ins. agents and has gotten to know quite a few people at Nationwide. Because of these relationships he received a call around mid-November from one of the Nationwide guys telling him that there was a job opening and wondered if Nate would be interested. After a some resume writing, phone interviews, and then flying to Ohio for 4 interviews Nate was offered the job! He gave his 2 weeks the beginning of December (His bosses were NOT happy) and had his last day on the 23rd. He started his new job with Nationwide on the 27th, but hasn't done much but study. He has to pass 3 exams to get all the licenses he need for his new responsibilities. 2 of the tests he did 7 years ago and 1 of them is new. It has been nice having him around even if he is buried away studying all day. He did leave us this week to go to a Sales kick off conference in Atlanta, but will be back tomorrow! :) Anyway, we are excited about this new opportunity that Nate has been given. We hope it will be as good or better than his experience with Crump.
