Happenings...

We have been busy the last week and half, so I thought I better at least get some stuff posted while I have a minute. Nate's cousin Steve got married on the 19th so we decided to stay in a hotel in Sandy for a little vacation. Mostly it was so the kids could swim in a pool. It turned out to be a little more dramatic that we had anticipated to get the boys to swim, but once they got brave enough they had a great time. I guess we really need to get them into swimming lessons to overcome their fear of water. Anyways, here are a few pictures of our weekend. Next chance I get to blog, I will put pictures of our first week at Bear Lake. (we are headed there again in two weeks)

You can't go to South Salt Lake without hitting The Cheesecake Factory. Liam LOVED the cheesecake!

Look-A-Like

Gavin

Liam

I guess I better make sure to keep a bow on Ashlyn, otherwise she would look just like Gavin or is it Liam? You decide! :) Either way, all three look like their Dad! Gotta love those dominant genes!

Sweet Smiles!

We've Got Smiles!!!

By the way, Ashlyn's leg is not bleeding and does not have strawberry jam on it. It is a birth mark and will go away after she is 1 year old!! :) Just is case you were wondering.

Not much to Blog..

I don't know how it's already almost the middle of June. Where did the last two weeks go? I can tell that the summer is going to fly by. We have been enjoying our summer break so far. We haven't done anything too exciting yet which is probably why I haven't blogged for a while. (Or maybe it's because I never find the time to blog) :) I took Ashlyn to her two month appt. last week and she weighed in at 11lbs 8oz! She is 24 inches long which puts her in the 90th percentile for height! No surprise that she is long, she will be tall like her Dad. I am guessing she will pass me up during her teenage years! Ashlyn is sleeping SO well. We are getting at least 6 to 7 hours straight sleep at night. That is way better that either of my boys. I really feel like I can function during the day when I get that much sleep. Gavin and Liam have been busy playing with their neighborhood friends. Everyday they can't wait to get out to play and ride bikes. We have had quite a bit of rain this week (it has felt more like April rather than June), but we still have found time to be outside in between cloud bursts. I am keeping busy trying to keep a clean house, and working on our yard and garden. I took a few pictures of my beautiful roses that our blooming, but of course, the pictures don't do them justice. We are just about ready to have our first batch of snow peas and I have flowers on my tomatoes and zucchini. I can't wait to start harvesting from our garden. The other pictures I have are from our Family Home Evening last week. We talked about Noah's Ark, so the boys and Nate created there own Arks. Enjoy!
The roses smell divine too! :)
